Discover and Develop Your Unique Talents!

Whether you are just starting out on a  journey towards discovering your strengths…or you are ready to take a deeper dive, we are here to help!

The Clifton StrengthsFinder is a Web-based assessment of normal personality from the perspective of Positive Psychology. The assessment was developed by Gallup, Inc. and is the first instrument of this type developed expressly for the Internet.

How it works

Over a secure connection, the Clifton StrengthsFinder presents 177 items to you. Each item consists of a pair of potential self-descriptors, such as “I read instructions carefully” versus “I like to jump right into things.” The descriptors are placed as if anchoring polar ends of a continuum. You are then asked to choose the descriptor that best describes you, and to identify the extent to which that chosen option is descriptive of you. You are given 20 seconds to respond to a given pair of descriptors before the assessment automatically presents the next pair.

Following the assessment, you will be presented with your “Top Five Talent Themes” report, from a list of the 34 Talent Themes identified by Gallup.   This report will start you down the path of understanding and developing your top five strengths.  You are able to receive your Full 34 report at any time.

See below for more information on purchasing a code to take the inventory.  For more information on the StrengthsFinder assessment, visit Gallup’s website.
